At the end of the interval we were treated to a stunning display of hip-hop dancing. Mandy Ross read her children's book, The Gardens of Stanley Street, inspired by Jungle's work. Lavishly illustrated, published by Birmingham City Council Education Service and available from Jungle at £5.

Comments:From 84.45.152.83 - 9/11/05 8:05 AM My family were just saying how interesting it was to find out about the 'Balsall Heath Jungle' and how much they had enjoyed watching the video animation and listening to the the opening song from the 'Heathen Sisters'... plus the poems and composting... and they were also cheered by the hip hop dancer's Grandad who was hoping that she would keep him in his old age! Would you pass our thanks onto your group.
