Ingredients
Topping
- Cheese
- Olives
- Tomatoes (1 tin or 5 or 6 fresh ones)
- Onion
- Garlic
- A red or green sweet pepper
- A bay leaf
- Vegetable oil
- Tomato puree
- Basil, oregano
Base
- 12 oz (335g) self-raising flour
- 5 oz (140g) vegetable margarine
- Three quarters of a tablespoon of cold water
Method
- Fry onion, garlic, peppers, courgettes
- Add bay leaf, tomatoes, basil, oregano and tomato puree
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes
- Meanwhile, sieve flour, rub in margarine and add water.
- Roll out base to the size of your baking tin
- Cook for 10 minutes at gas 5.
- Put topping on base, sprinkle with cheese, add olives and sundried tomatoes.
- Cook for another 10 minutes or until ready.
