Jungle Recipes

The "Local Dinner Booklet" produced by Ruth Wilson as part of Balsall Heath Jungle's local seasonal food event funded by Including Women has tips on growing and cooking asparagus, broccoli, rhubarb and nettles (!), and much more.

We have been building up a collection of recipes to help people enjoy fruit and vegetables.

www.bigbarn.co.uk/food/recipes/ also has recipes designed to help you use local, seasonal food - you can even search for a recipe by a particular ingredient.
Crabtree Organic Farm near Birmingham also has a recipe collection on its website.  You can add links to other fruit-and-veg websites on this page or in a comment at the bottom.

Hi

I just found your site today from a link in www.selfsufficientish.com in a post by one of your members.  One of the pages I tried to look at was your recipes but I can't open most of them - I just get a message saying 'this page is unavailable'.  Some of the recipes open fine.  I would love to try lots of these recipes.  The quiche sounds really tasty.  Can you please post an answer telling me how I can view these recipes?

Thanks!

Just discovered the recipe section on your website - makes me feel like cooking - and I'm stuck in a library in Huddersfield University!
