Lauras Garden November 2005-
|
My garden is a work in progress! Part ornamental, part
fruit and veg. It's one year old, in that last year it was just a patch
of grass. Now we've got grass, fruit bushes and trees, Gunnerer, flowers
and a part made bottle path. So far we've had blackcurrents,
blackberries, raspberries, apples, tons of rhubarb and tomatoes. Veg
wise we had a few fabulous squash and some strange shaped courgettes
and an abundance of tree spinach. I hope to develop my herbs further as
the patch is currently in competition with an over sized Euphorbia. I
did have a lovely clump of sorrel and my Rosemary continues to
flourish. However, I must do some tidying up, dumped the withered
remains of my tomato plants and cover up those tender plants before the
hard frosts start. Better get on with it.
